Acupressure

Acupressure is a technique based on the principles of acupuncture. This ancient Chinese technique involves the use practitioner's thumb instead of needles to stimulate the human body and the flow of qi (vital energy). Pressure is applied on different acupoints on the body to gain balance of the body and movement of the qi. Acupressure is used to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote general good health and well being.
